Our weekly rate for one or one plus study bedroom furnished apartments
start from $800 per week while our two bedroom furnished apartments
rental start from $950 per week.
Special weekly extended stay rate for furnished apartments (for
more than 3 months stay) are subject to availability and advanced
reservation.
Both furnished and unfurnished apartments can be rented with direct-dial
telephone, whilst high speed internet access is
available through various providers.
A one time cleaning charge of A$40 will be debited to tenant account
on departure. Any damage to the apartments, its equipment or furniture
as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited
to the tenant account on departure.
All our rates are fully inclusive.
